My name is Joe Lawrence and I have been involved in the fitness industry for the best part of 20 years! I qualified as a personal trainer in 2010 through the European institute of fitness in Javea, Spain.
Personal training has enabled me to pursue an international career, working with clients from all walks of life, supporting them to achieve a wide variety of personalised fitness goals.
Throughout my career so far, I am proud to say that I have been able to help hundreds of clients achieve their goals, whether that be introducing them to fun and sustainable exercise to improve their physical and mental wellbeing or coaching them to achieve a specific challenge, such as training for and summitting Kilimanjaro alongside a client!
